“Thich Nhat Hanh says that “the practice of mindfulness is the practice of love itself”
It has been called the heart of Buddhist meditation. It is basically a simple concept. Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, and non judgmentally. This kind of attention nurtures greater awareness, clarity and acceptance of the present moment and the reality of that moment.
Basically mindfulness helps us to wake up to the present moment and live in harmony with oneself and the world.
